Turning 23 at Florida Cactus Inc.
For my 23th Birthday, I visited a cactus farm in Apopka, FL with my husband, mom, and little sister!
And I was SO excited about it.
If the fact that this was my ideal birthday activity doesn’t explain the inner passions and love of my heart, then I don’t know what would. I had my people by my side and plants allllll around me. And that right there, was one hell of a great day.
I can't even do Florida Cactus Inc. much justice in photograph form - but for now I’ll try my very best! If you love these desert babes as much as I do, and could spend your afternoon wandering their 8 or 9 (can’t remember) green houses, then I would highly recommend paying Florida Cactus a visit!

The first one we stepped into - and the look of a happy kid right there. How cute is my flower crown?! My sweet little sister made it for me before heading over to FLI. She's the queen of those things.
If all these babes weren't sold and backordered, I would have taken at least two home with me!! These tall guys are my favorite kind of cacti.
How to even begin to pick some out from the bunch was a funny process.

I recommend getting there super early in the day if you want the best picks! All that tape designates batches that had already sold before we got there.
