DIGITAL PRODUCTS: We don’t issue refunds on digital sales (including presets, fonts, and all other digital products). All sales are final because you gain immediate access to the product via email which means you have no way of returning it and there’s no way to verify it hasn’t been used and/or deleted from your possession. We love our customers to be in love with their purchase, so, y’all, please make sure to check out all of our examples on the listings before purchasing.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: All physical products are shipped through a third party. In the case that you received your item and it is damaged and/or misprinted please reach out to us at anna@cheznunez.com and we will try to find a quick replacement for you. We don’t offer refunds at this time for physical products, so please check out the examples featured on our website before buying. All domestic sales can expect to receive their item within 7-14 days of purchase (and 14-21 days during busy holidays).

1. COPYRIGHT
CONTENT: All content (videos, worksheets, cheat sheets, presets, course written content, audio, and otherwise) is the sole property of Chez Núñez. Students enrolled in any course or membership (free or paid) may view, print, download, and consume content as directed to do so. This content may not be shared with outside parties. To do so will lead to removal from the course and possible further legal action.
COURSEWORK: The worksheets and cheat sheets included in the content are incredibly valuable to your success. Print them out and work through them but do not share them with another party. To do so is in clear violation of these terms and conditions. You may share your completed course work with a business partner, employee, trusted advisor, or partner, but distributing course content is grounds for legal action.
ACCOUNT SECURITY: Your account is your own and may not be shared with another person (that includes your friend or partner).
Chez Núñez does not retain login information and might not be able to assist you in re-entering your account should you have trouble doing so. We are not privy to your sensitive login information for security reasons, though we are able to provide you a link to reset your Kajabi password should you forget it.
IMAGES AND ARTWORK: All images, video, graphics, and artwork shown in this platform is either 1) owned by, photographed by, or created by Chez Núñez.
2. Community Guidelines
It's important that this community feel safe, secure, and trusting. It's nearly impossible to learn and be open when you feel unsafe. To this end, we take the health of our community VERY seriously.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the community

3. PRIVACY POLICY: We work to encourage healthy interactions between all students/members and ensure the safety of individual students/members as they express themselves.
- Chez Núñez may not publicly share any past and current students'/members' personal information, posts, or comments shared within Kajabi, the Branding Blueprint 2022 Facebook Group without explicit written consent from all parties.
- Past and current students/members may not publicly share any personal information, posts, or comments shared within Kajabi, the Branding Blueprint 2022 Facebook Group without explicit written consent from all parties.
- No email or social media direct message correspondence between past and current students/members and Chez Núñez may be shared publicly unless with explicit written consent from all parties.
Violation of our privacy policy will result in immediate termination of the student/member's course/membership access and the student/member will be removed from the respective Facebook Group.
4. REFUND: I want you to be so happy and fulfilled by this course (Branding Blueprint). In order to do so, please make your best effort to review and absorb the content. It is designed for your success!
However, if you feel this course or membership isn't for you, here's how to proceed:
Courses: In the event that you decide Branding Blueprint is not the right decision for you or your business, you may request to withdraw from this course within 10 days of the course start date.
Our only stipulations: email us evidence (via completed worksheets and notes) that you’ve worked through at least 10 Lessons (from Modules 1-5), and complete a brief exit survey. (*** “Lesson” are titled “Lesson #”. Introductions are not considered a “Lesson”. ***)
Afterwards, access to the course will be revoked and your money will be returned.
After Day 10, we will have moved too far into the course to issue a refund. We do not issue partial refunds. All payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 10 days and with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
All refunds after the 10-day period are discretionary as determined by Anna Núñez & Jesús Núñez or members of their team.
