Process + F.A.Q.
Here’s a look at our process for ready-made, custom brands, so that we can get your completed designs into your hands within 2 weeks from the time of purchase!
STEP 1:
After purchasing one of our ready-made, customizable brands, you’ll hear from Anna within 48 hours, with a big hello, and notification that your designs are about to come to life!
If you’ve requested a different color palette than the one you saw in our listing, then this will also be the one time when I ask you about your preference and vision!
In response, it will be most helpful to you and I both, if you can provide 2-3 examples in response at this time - of photos that contain the overall colors/mood/vibe that you want included within your new palette.
STEP 2:
We’ll then lock in your color palette, if you’ve picked this option. I’ll present a palette based on your images, and you’ll have one chance to tweak them if you’d like!
STEP 3:
After solidifying your colors, I’ll ask for a green light to start working on your designs and will then begin drawing and customizing your new brand in the same exact lettering style as the branding set which you’ve purchased!
The only things that you can expect to change will be the hand-lettering (to read your business name), and the color palette if you wish! All icons and amount of deliverables will stay the same as mentioned in the listing.
STEP 4:
I’ll then save out and send all your beautiful new design files to you within the next one and a half weeks from the time I start customizing!
This is an awesome deal if I may say so myself - most of my fully custom brands can take at least a couple months to complete!
Once the files are all sent out, you’ll receive them through a Dropbox link, in an email! And voila! You’ve got yourself some solid branding to hopefully represent your business in a unique way for years to come.
FAQ’s
What will be customized?
The lettering within your new logo designs with be customized to read your business name. The style of the lettering will be in the same style as the branding set which you’ve purchased. The color palette will ask be customized if you’ve chosen this option.
Will my purchased branding set ever be resold?
Nope! Each customizable branding set is sold only ONCE on the shop and will never be resold after that. This ensures that the representation of your unique business is one of a kind!
Can illustrations be customized or edited?
No, unless otherwise stated in a listing.
How long does the customization process take?
Please expect 2 weeks after purchase to receive your new designs. If you’re customizing color palette, please be quick on email responses to ensure that the process is not delayed for you or I!
How will I receive my finished designs?
Completed design files will be sent to your email via Dropbox.
What file types will I receive?
You’ll be sent PNG, EPS and PDF files of your completed design(s)!
Why doesn’t my new logo design look exactly the same as the original listing?
Based on the variations in the structures of words and letters, we encourage awareness that your new designs will look slightly different from the original brand listing. The hand drawn nature is what will make these designs uniquely yours!
Can I make any edits to the logo design after customization?
Due to the nature of this process and the reduced pricing as compared to our custom offerings, we do not offer edits to the finished designs of ready-made brands. However, if something major stands out to you which you’d like to change, we can quote you an hourly rate to make the correction.
What colors will my designs arrive in?
(1) Black and white + (1) color variation of each design represented.
Can color palettes be customized?
Yep! Please specify upon purchasing.
Can I exchange or return a customizable design package that I’ve purchased?
Not at this time. All sales are final!
