Living Room Portraits in Quarantine
Jesús and I messed up our our little living room on a Sunday afternoon to shoot some 70’s inspired portraits. I’m in love with the way they turned out and what they represent.
I image we’ll show the whole collection to our grandkids one day, accompanied by stories of the time in our young lives when the world shut down, we quarantined in a 600 sqft apartment, toilet paper became an extremely rare commodity, and we no longer took for granted the simple act of hugging our friends..
Although it’s a crazy time to be alive, my message of encouragement to any creative in quarantine these days is this: find a way to make the art anyway. Your future self will thank you for it.
Sending love and peace your way today, my friend. - Anna
