BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE KNOW that there are two things you will NEED in order to get the most out of this workshop:
Adobe Illustrator - This is the program that we use to digitize and refine our hand-drawn fonts.
Fontself - This is the plugin that we use to bring our font to life and create finished sell-able files. Inside the workshop, we’ve included a special 10% off discount that you can use on your purchase of the program.
Please also note that this workshop walks through our process for creating HAND-DRAWN fonts. While it does contain some practical hand-lettering tips and commentary, it focuses more on the act of making a font, than it does on improving your hand-lettering skills. If you do not wish to draw your fonts by hand or are looking for a resource to teach you hand-lettering basics, please consider whether this workshop is a good fit for you.
